Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Plants
• Orders are accepted via the shopping cart on the website. After placing your order, you will receive confirmation of the availability of varieties and photos of your plants (videos available upon request).
• ❗ Peony divisions are sold only after they have been dug up (September–October). Pre-orders for peonies can be placed via the form on the Contacts page—confirmation and payment are processed in August after the digging season begins.
• All orders are fulfilled exclusively on a prepaid basis. Cash on delivery and payment upon receipt are not available. Payment details are sent along with the order confirmation.
• After order confirmation, the reservation is valid for 3 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the reservation is canceled, and the order is automatically canceled. If necessary, the reservation period may be extended by mutual agreement.
• Shipment to the address you provided is made within 1–2 days after receipt of payment.
• If you are not satisfied with the plant you received, return it within 24 hours of receipt. The plant must be returned in the same condition, with the label and packaging intact.
• ❗ For peony divisions: the root must be undamaged, uncut, and undivided.
• Refunds will be issued after the return is received and inspected.
